Most portfolios are highlight reels. Ours are project records. Each case follows the work from the business decision through release and past it, with the disclosures, the division of responsibility, and the limits of the evidence stated beside the claims. If a case includes a failure, that is because the engagement included one, and we think you deserve to see how it was handled.
Case 01
OUI THE PEOPLE, a consumer fragrance and bodycare house, came to Superculture with a storefront that no longer expressed the business it had become, and a founder who could not safely touch her own site. The engagement joined a commercial decision about fragrance, a clean Shopify build, an AI-directed development workflow, and human release boundaries, and it ended with something better than a launch: a founder who now changes her own store by describing the change.
