How long do engagements last?
Most team coaching engagements run 3 to 6 months. Offsites can be standalone or part of a broader engagement. We scope everything together and adjust as the work evolves.
What makes your offsites different?
We don't run offsites from a playbook. Every session is designed around your team's specific dynamics, challenges, and strategic context. The goal isn't feel-good alignment—it's real decisions, resolved tensions, and shared commitments that stick.
Can you work with our team remotely?
Yes. Most of our team coaching is conducted over video. Offsites are in-person by nature, and we travel to wherever your team gathers. Leadership development programs can be delivered in either format.
